Every item is lovingly handcrafted in our small studio in the Maasai Mara by skilled Maasai women artisans. We take great pride in producing pieces of exceptional quality, where traditional techniques, creativity and attention to detail come together in every design.
Our beadwork uses high-quality glass beads, and we continue to develop sustainable practices by making our own metal needles and creating our own beading thread from reused plastic food bags. Through this process, discarded materials are transformed into beautiful and meaningful handcrafted pieces.
Designer Collaborations
Collaborations allow us to explore new creative possibilities, work with international designers and share Maasai craftsmanship with audiences around the world.
Our latest collections bring together the skills of Maasai artisans with the vision of two European designers. The Écru Collection, designed in the UK by Heidi Francis, features elegant, pared-back designs in a refined palette of black, white, brown and tan. The Gulla Collection, designed in Norway by Anne Gro Gulla, celebrates vibrant colour, joyful patterns and contemporary design.
