Ordering, Returns & Shipping

Ordering is easy, safe, effective and secure.
Please select the product you would like to purchase, choose your colour and quantity, then proceed to the shopping cart, input your name & delivery address. Payments made online can be processed by Paypal. We also accept payments  by major credit cards. Our currency is USD dollars, if you are ordering from outside your country's currency, the price you are charged will be automatically converted to dollars, from your account.

Our products come in many colour variations and can be adapted on request. The designs we picture on our website may vary ever so slightly in colour or pattern. Please email us if you are interested in ordering a bespoke design or colourway and we'll do our best to help. Please note that a custom design may be subject to an additonal charge. .

We ship our products all over the world from our workshop in the Masaai Mara, Kenya. International shipping takes approximately 6 working days from the date the order was placed. Delivery costs are not included in the price of the product but this cost will be calculated automatically at checkout, when you place your order. Kindly note that the shipping/delivery charge does not include any customs, duty or processing fees. Since we are unable to provide estimates for any customs fees we kindly advise you to check with your local customs office for more information. Maasai Brand shall not be responsible for any tax or duties applied in the country of destination.

Returns:
We take great care in our quality control and parcel every order carefully and securely. We sincerely hope you love your order but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please send us an email to let us know and we shall endeavor to solve the problem as soon as possible.

We offer a refund on any item provided it is the same condition as when it was despatched from our workshop.
