A timeless piece of contemporary jewellery inspired by traditional Maasai craftsmanship, this elegant handwoven cuff features a striking black, white and gold diamond pattern. Designed to slip effortlessly over the wrist, it is a simple yet sophisticated statement piece that brings together heritage, artistry and modern design.

Each cuff is handcrafted by our Maasai Mamas using tiny glass beads woven onto threads made from recycled grain sacks. In a remarkable process of creativity and resourcefulness, discarded sacks are carefully taken apart and transformed into strong, durable threads, giving new life to materials that would otherwise go to waste.

This unique technique reflects the skill, ingenuity and sustainable approach of Maasai women artisans, who continue to preserve generations of traditional beadwork while creating beautiful contemporary designs.

Part of the Écru Collection, designed in the UK by Heidi Francis, this piece celebrates the connection between modern design and authentic Maasai craftsmanship.
